The play room was a mess. They weren't busy, and we asked if they could clean it for us as there were fries and food thrown everywhere by the tables. Over an hour there, and no one cleaned the lobby or play room.

Food was very blah...that's the only way I can describe it. Just McDonald's in general....fries dry and stale tasting and burger didn't seem like real meat ?‍♀️

They know my name how many times I've been there at this point. Everything has been on point with every experience, except 1x, but I chock it up to we all have an off day. I use the mobile app and it makes everything go pretty smooth.
