Lunch was good, but I had to share my WADDED up napkins. I'm not sure why I'd get a handful of scrunched up, possibly used napkins. Otherwise my visit was normal.
Placed a pickup order for 12pm just before 11. Didn’t get to subway until 12:05. Food wasn’t ready but my email said it was at 11:45. Had to wait until 12:15 for my order. Sucks because I only get a half hour lunch so I then had to drive back to work to find out instead of black pepper they put black olives on my sandwich. Idk how they mixed that up but for my first time using the pickup option it was terrible and won’t ever do this again. Highly don’t recommend, especially if you’re on a timed lunch.
The employees are very friendly and they do a get job making your sub when u order on line. It's way more convenient order online and go in pick it up and leave. Oh did I mention they have a drive thru.
We just went to Subway here, worst experience ever, now I used to work at Subway too, so I know what to expect, we have multiple issues with Jared, he was so unprofessional, never smiled and seemed like he was in a rushed when the place was empty, Asked for a footlong on one of the sandwiches and got a 6in, also order a soup and told us “ well I have to make your sandwich’s first, and never got my soup, also asked for one strip of chipotle and ranch and he covered it in sauce, Also looked at some of the reviews noticed that some other reviews was about Jared as well, glad I’m not the only one, You need to fire him, because keeping him there you’re losing Business, and not just mine. Very sad.

Jared was rude and snarky while taking orders. I also was upcharged for one of their new subs just because I ordered the same meat that came on it.
Two out of three online orders have been wrong. They do fine is you order in person but skip the app and the deals if you don't want to have to stand there while they remake it.
Ordered on the app for 12:05 and I had to wait for 10 minutes and get in line for my pickup order only for Noah to tell me I had to let them know I was there meanwhile my coworker was able to get his order from the pickup stand with no problems and they forgot my honey mustard I ordered and paid for. Very very poor service. I will not order from this location again.

Always too many people at lunch time and takes too long.
Food is usually good for a Subway. Staff is friendly and it's open 24/7.
