I’ve never seen a worse Taco Bell location in my life. If you’re planning to go there after 10 PM, just know that almost everything is already out of stock. I’m not sure who is in charge of planning at this branch, but the managers seriously need to fix things. Also, they don’t serve the food in the proper portion sizes. This experience specifically applies to the evening and late-night hours.

They messed up our order by adding stuff that wasn't on there to an item. Then gave me less than a teaspoon of dried out flakes of black beans. Won't be going bk.. this makes it to many mistakes on our food and it could have had an allergic reaction to items added that was not suppose to be on an item.

This Taco Bell is consistently on point! Fast service, fresh ingredients, and well-made tacos every time. The staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the drive-thru moves quickly. One of the better locations if you’re craving a late-night crunch!

This Tacobell is the worst location I have been to. Food never tastes fresh. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me. Try the spring Arbor location, always friendly, and food is always great.

Nice people, they didn't raise their prices until after many other TB's. But the food is just too expensive. I'm not rich and just paid cash for my new 2024 C8 Corvette but it's hard for me to pay $2.79 for a Taco that has a teaspoon on meat, a teaspoon of cheese, a pinch of lettuce! 2 Bean Burritos +onions, 2 soft tacos, and a water was over $9. It's not worth it I'll go to a restaurant for the same $ or cheaper. I used to TB 3-5 times/week, EVERY week. Love TB! Now I go once a month. I can't pay $13-$15 to get a nice meal of several products when I'm hungry! I'll see you at Dennys!

Waited 30 min in drive thru for 3$ 3 items of which one was wrong then waited inside for about 10 minutes before being serviced at which then the item was forgotten to be remade corrected and after they were told twice I eventually got the food, budget 45-60 minutes accordingly, the remade corrected food was cold/rushed, not heated

We were at a ladies Retreat here in marshall, and it was late and we were trying to find some food we were very excited that Not only was Taco Bell open but everything we ordered was made perfect except for the one thing they forgot the sour cream on but still it was good. The lady that waited on us at the drive-in window was very professional very friendly and courteous we were very appreciative. And every time we come to Marshall we will definitely come visit this Taco Bell.
