Marshall is a small city so I'd expect Taco Bell to be decent. Today I ordered a Catina Chicken bowl and they advertise 2X the chicken. I asked if I had to request the double chicken and I was told no so i proceeded with my order. I get my food and low and behold I barely have any chicken at all. These workers also know the receipt allows a survey and I wasn't given a receipt either so I cant do a taco bell survey. So here it is. Do better Taco Bell. I mean come on..... you are much richer than your consumers so at least play fair.

Ordered a Mexican Pizza with extra cheese. Barely had enough cheese to cover it. Took it back and they remade it, again hardly any cheese.

Ordered our food then sat in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes only to be told that the internet was down and we had to pay in cash. Didn't even bother to tell us at the speaker maybe if they had more than just a couple teenagers working it could run a little bit better

It's ok but taco bell is getting expensive except for their $5 fill ups
Helped me even tho I had to walk up to the drive through window because my box truck is too big to drive through it. Lobby was already closed I was appreciative of that because some places won’t serve truckers but they did and were very nice and friendly to me.

Used to work here a long time ago so It made me a bit upset when I didn't get two $4 tacos I ordered in my bag after waiting nearly 20 minutes for 6 items when they were not busy and had full staff. They have dropped the ball at this location clearly. Nachos were too soggy and the tacos had barely a sprinkle of cheese and sour cream. Very unhappy with this location.
