Did a mobile order, sat in the drive thru for almost 10min waiting and I was the only one there, ordered a chili cheese potatoe and chicken sandwich. Potatoe was cold and hard, had no chili on it, sandwich felt like it had been sitting for a bit., and it was not cooked all the way through! Note taken donât go to Wendyâs for dinner after 9pm, actually never again, had to throw my whole lunch away at work

I've been to Wendy's all over Michigan, and in other states too. This is literally one of the WORST. The food is fine. The employees are generally nice, but there seems to be high turnover, which is not surprising, given that the management/owners do not seem to care AT ALL. The entire parking lot is more pothole than solid asphalt. The service times are hideous, due to understaffing. I feel for the employees. They're doing the best they can, but who wants to drive through the parking lot without 4 wheel drive? If I'm missing for a day or so, start the search in the sinkhole that opened up there. That's the logical starting point. The owner(s) should be ashamed.

doordashed an order from this location, HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING/WRONG. i ordered two baconator sandwiches and received a JUNIOR BACON CHEESEBURGER which is tiny in comparison. was also missing baconator fries. my order came improperly sealed as well all sideways and cattywompus.
I called around 7pm to tell the actual location about the issue because it was so asinine, and was met with the squeaky voice of a young adult man who refused to acknowledge this issue and said âi donât see how that could happenâ.

Service was very slow, the burger was extremely greasy, outside of the bun was covered in ketchup and mustard more than what was on my burger ,I wish I would have taken a pic of burger
Ordered a baked potato with sour cream. I asked for extra sour cream and paid for extra sour cream, I received 0 sour cream. Baked potato was cold, wouldn't even melt butter. One of the simplest things to prepare and can't get it even close except for the potato, kinda.
