Service was great! My only complaint was that I pre-ordered 3 tidbit 40 packs and when picked up the boxes were covered and I mean covered in glaze. The girl (nicely) says I guess someone had glaze on their gloves and hands me some napkins. I ended up with glaze all over my car and upon opening, it appears as if they glazed the box more than the timbits. Did they taste great still-yes, was my truck a mess-yes, lol. Id recommend to repackage if something like this happens...
Ask for Miranda at Tim's, she amazing, very helpful and greeted me with a smile, she really brightened my day.

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. I went in yesterday and ended up getting to work and noticing I had someone else’s order. I called and spoke with Carley. She was so sweet and professional. She told me to come in today to get my order remade. I just left and I have to say everyone was so nice about the issue. Mistakes happen I totally get it and they were on top of the issue !!
