Bird Dog in Mattawan is a fantastic spot with a menu that changes seasonally, and everything I’ve tried has been consistently delicious. Their Sunday + Saturday brunch is a real treat. You absolutely have to try the firecracker cauliflower, which tastes like flavorful wings (even if you’re not usually a veggie fan... like me). Great place we visited for dinner. We had the Crab Cakes, Delmonico Ribeye, Mac &Cheese and Thai Style Broccolini. Absolutely delicious. Great service. They do not take reservations but we went around 3:30 and was perfect timing. They have limited indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well. Expensive but sooo good.
