If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The food was amazing, igloo seating was so fun, and the staff was excellent! They helped us coordinate a surprise for one of our party members and were wonderful and so helpful!
If you're in the Kalamazoo area and looking for ingenious and delicious takes on common dishes, it's worth a drive out to Bird Dog in Mattawan. Prices are great, food is consistently good, and the environment is intimate and social.
Bird Dog was recommended to us from a friend. We a loyal Sunday breakfast family, but, have been disappointed time and time again, since the sale of our local restaurant that we have been going to over 30 years. All I can say is the flavors are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from their basic scrambled eggs to their bacon which is GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!! They are a very unique breakfast bistro!!!!!!!!
