In addition, every pizza is made by Fredi himself, not by a random person like other pizzerias. What sets Fredi apart from others is that he is a professional baker and that he uses high quality ingredients. As a result, his pizzas are easy to digest and don’t weigh you down all day long. OMG! We ordered the Luca Brasi, fresh ingredients and such a light, flavorful crust. I love Fredi's mission of supporting kids with autism. The gnocchi marinara was perfectly portioned for lunch. For folks visiting the Rouge Factory this gem is not to be missed.

My husband follows Dave Portnoy who claims Fredi has the best pizza in Detroit so of course we had to validate this! We ordered The Don, Fredo, and Santino - no complaints. The Fredo was my favorite though.
