“I come to this location about 2-3 times a month. Today, young women named Nevaeh and Kenzie took care of us. They were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. This location is always clean and I have never not gotten exactly what I ordered. The women today were top tier! I will always come back to this location! No one I have encountered here, nor the atmosphere, has ever given me a reason to not return. Love it here!”

A small town local business that makes you feel like you’re part of the family every minute that you’re there. The food is amazing and the service is top tier, during the off season we leave the city where there are plenty of other breakfast options and make the over 30 minute drive to grab a Saturday morning breakfast, Dawns is that worth it!”

“The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Pricing is to die for. In this economy its refreshing to find somewhere to eat out at a reasonable price. Our party of four spent lest than $50 bucks. 🤯 I highly recommend everyone to at least check them out once. Food was delivered to our table in a timely manner and the atmosphere is very down home. I can not praise this place enough. Thank you Rise-N-Dine for being an amazing place to take the family.”

“We just had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was the best/easiest decision we made. The kids had a great time playing with all the toys. My son didn’t even want to stop to eat or open presents. The reservation included space for up to 10 kids and the associate working was AMAZING!! She was so helpful with anything we needed and was super friendly. We only had to bring minimal decorations and we were able to bring in our own food. I would definitely do another birthday party here.”

Where they really excel is the community give back! They make sure they can do the most to keep kids and families fed! Huge supporters of the Vicksburg Dinner Train and Generous Hands/south county community services.”

“This was our first time at Farrand Hall, and I am extremely impressed. Went to a wine tasting/ appetizer pairing. It was fantastic. The owners were so friendly and courteous, the food and wine was delicious. Very thoughtfully paired. The guest sommelier and resident chef gave a little information about each pairing. It wasn't stuffy at all. It was fresh and homey and fun. Priced well within reason for the experience. We will absolutely be back!”

“Amazing hole in the wall taco joint serving the best American style tacos like you remember from childhood.

A short story describing some of the best service I may have ever encountered from a restaurant and at such a small place... I have been here maybe 10 times as I used to live right across the street. The last time I was here about 2 weeks ago, I ordered onions on my tacos, but they left them off — either they forgot or ran out (doesn't matter, I never even noticed). Today, I came back and ordered onions again. I walk in to pick up my food, and they gave me the onions for no extra charge because THEY REMEMBERED ME and how they had missed the onions on my last order. I didn't even realize! Unbelievable. I have never been disappointed with the food from here!”

It's obvious this establishment really cares about quality and a lot of research has gone into making beer, wine and cider. It's always fun to see the entertainment acts as well. “One person working. He had no help and kept apologizing. I told him to quit apologizing and thanked him for coming to work unlike lazy people who don't want to work. Stood in line for 40 min while one person was trying to do walk ins and internet orders. Shame on subway for letting this happen. The guy did great and the food was delicious as always. Subway did bad by this guy and should feel ashamed.”
