Biggby Coffee offers great drinks and great food, with the mellow hot chocolate and strawberry shortcake highly recommended. The baristas are always super friendly, kind, and professional. While the breakfast rush can be rough and waits may occur, the staff works hard, making drinks and food as ordered. The location is beautiful. It is a favorite for many, providing a great experience with consistently perfect drinks like coffee and bagels. The staff handles busy times without being rude, even when facing inconsiderate customers.
