We come to this Biggby a few times a week. Service is always prompt, staff is helpful, the place is always clean, and Sydney, Helen, Emma, Mark, Brooklyn and the rest are always friendly
Huge shout out to the Haslett Biggby team! I am in there frequently and never have had a bad visit. Always go beyond “good customer service” with personal drink recommendations, discounts and conversation that doesn’t feel forced or fake. Mahra is AMAZING !!! the whole team is absolutely incredible. They always are so helpful in making my drinks, they never give me any issues and have been so kind. I come here every time for my coffee, it’s the only place you should get coffee:).
