I have never had a bad meal at Chili's anywhere, and found the same for this location.
But this review is especially for the hard working employees in the to-go section of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of their names, but all of them went above and beyond.
I was visiting my brother in Okemos who has terminal cancer and we decided on having some mushroom swiss burgers.

The loaded baked potato soup is so Delicious! Some of the best I've had... and if you order the 3 for me, be sure to upgrade your soup to a bowl! It's only $1 more, and you will be glad you did. It came out not looking like a lot, so I'm not sure what a cup size is like, but it ended up being perfect since I had the rest of my 3 for me meal coming. And the Chicken sandwich was very yummy! It came with A huge piece of deep fried chicken

Their chicken crispers - aka tenders were excellent. The waitress & her trainee were incredible. Honestly one of the better chain restaurants I've ever been to. If you're craving bar food this place has it & does it well.
