This location has gone severely down hill over the last year and a half. Food is always cold when given out. Fries are hard and salt-less. Simple instructions like no cheese, no bacon, extra pickles are ignored. Nobody seems happy working here and in turn you get upset customers.

I went through the drive through, ordered a big Mac meal. I hadn't had a Mac on awhile... Never again... It was the worst hamburger I've ever had. Everything slid out of the side, the sauces was only in half... It fell apart and I almost couldn't eat itI could have had to eat it with a spoon.We need a burger king in okemos...

Went into get food, 10 in the lobby, 2 were grub hub ,2mgrs working no one came to process lobby orders,over an hour wait. Not one employee was moving with any urgency!!! Several gave up and left. Finally got a mgr to process my order. Got my food for free because she never rang me up, just

Ordered 2 happy meals one with no fries and 2apple slices one with a dr pepper, received 2 diet cokes had to ask for the dr pepper, one happy meal had chicken nuggets with bbq sauce didn’t revive the bbq in the meal, along with those we had received only 1 apple slices and 1 fry in the other happy meal . Over all just a bad experience, the person at the 2nd window didn’t have the best attitude, along with the incorrect order taken by the person at the first window. I myself have experience with working a drive through it should not be this hard for the workers to get an order this wrong, i do understand it could be the technology they are provided with but mcdonald’s is a multi-million dollar company and should not supply poor technology to their restaurants.

Ordered on the app to pickup in the lobby. When I got there my order and one other were all that was on the screen. Still took over 10 minutes to get my food. Seems that they prioritize drive thru over anything else. They served several drive thru customers before even thinking of completing my order.
