Food was decent, took them 30 minutes to bring my food out to my car. When ordering at drive thru they were pushy about making me hurry up and order. Then sounded annoyed with me after i took a few minutes to look. You cant sound annoyed with people when you’re in customer service. Do better

Waited 30 minutes for my chicken salad walnut sandwich for it to have a LONG black hair in it. No quality control whatsoever. I went back for a refund and got one. The only thing they did properly is refund me. Go anywhere else to avoid health code violations. They asked if I wanted a pastry to come back but no thanks. What I wanted was my sandwich. I was fine waiting for 30 minutes but lost my appetite after finding the long black hair in my sandwich. Will not return and will encourage others to avoid this place like the plague.

Panera is currently in the process of laying off their entire baking force, in favor of switching to frozen products. This location included. Employees of this company are mistreated and laid off on a whim, with minimal severance, all for corporate gains. I encourage everyone I know to boycott this company.

It has happened quite a few times that I order with the app for later and somehow I still have to wait extended amounts of time. Like I get they're busy, but what's the point of pre-ordering then.

I had SUCH a great experience at Panera yesterday. It started out with amazing ingredients (props to whoever preps! It’s hard work and they rock!). Then to top it off, the master chef that made my food (her name was Emily) made the most amazing, delicious looking sandwich Panera had ever created. Also the guy in drive through, tell him his mustache looks great!

Ordered through drive through and it took 40 minutes to get food without an explanation. Was asked to pull forward after paying and still waited a long time. I will not be back. This is ridiculous. Get more help for lunch rush if you can't keep up.

I arrived in line at 5:12 and placed my order with no one in line in front of me. I arrived at the window and they told me to go to spot 1 and someone would bring out my food. I waited 45 minutes before going in to see it just sitting on the counter with my name. I do not know how long it had been sitting there, but it was probably awhile considering my sandwich was soggy by the time I ate it. Not even sit down restaurants take 45 minutes to receive food. If I hadn’t gone inside, I would have just been sitting there and not been brought my food. I understand it’s busy and maybe they don’t have time to bring it out, but don’t tell me they’ll bring out my food when it’s ready. I normally don’t ever complain, but waiting for 45 minutes for it to just be sitting inside and then not bringing it to me when I was told they would is ridiculous. I will not be back at this location and do not recommend going to this Panera.

I line now for pre ordered breakfast 20 mins!
Watched as 4 people drove away after the line did not move. If it's $15. an order you just lost $60 in 20 mins. Not good business practice.
