Recent lunch visits have disappointed. One salad came without dressing, the next salad was a half instead of a full, lettuce was half stump/veiny/old in both situations. The standard coffee was lukewarm and a flavored latte didn't have the flavor. People are polite, but the quality control is really lacking.

Just went here tonight. I'm not looking for a free meal or a store credit at all. The food was good. But the dining area was gross. It reminded me of going into an old mcdonalds play area like back in the day. Tables were moved all over. Food crumbs all over the tables and floor. Maybe put some clorox wipes out so people can at least wipe down their own tables. The floor by the bathrooms was dirty. I was meeting with my mortgage loan officer to sign some paperwork...

I visit this Panera Bread almost every day, and I wanted to finally leave a note of appreciation. My family and I use the Sip Club, and we are always satisfied with the quality and consistency of the service.
