“a couple weeks ago my family got a messed up pizza from here. we called and told them what was wrong, the young lady on the phone was nice about it, very apologetic, and let management know. today I got a coupon in the mail to replace our order. we used it tonight and this pizza was AMAZING!!! One of the best I've ever had from here. “We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!“

“pizza is good but service is terrible. the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.“

“We love this place. The food is always great and IMO, they have the best marinara on the planet. The atmosphere is really good too. You see the bread oven as soon as you walk in and the lighting is perfect for casual or a date night. Last Saturday , we got a catered order for a party and we were very happy with it. The portions were very generous. The price was more than fair. The food was hot and delicious and our friends and family raved about it.“

“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.
Wait Staff is ALWAYS very nice, pleasant, and efficient. There has never been a time that we've been disappointed or unhappy with our service nor our food.“

“Stopped to try the Crazy Cups mini pizza muffins. They were hot, tasty, and fresh. I enjoyed them. Note that they are $3.99 +tax for 4 crazy cups. They are cheesy, pepperoni, zip pack/Italian cheesy bread seasoned, lightly buttered pizza cups. A nice snack, but a pizza would be a better option/deal if you are hungry.“

“Came in for a quick za for the fam and was hoping on an extra most bestest because it has better pepperoni coverage. They only had hot and readys available. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised with the pepperoni coverage on the hot and ready. Keep up the great work guys!“
