You can't go wrong here, everything is fantastic - no notes. We always get the smoked whitefish hush puppies. This time we tried the pajun, coq au vin, and whitefish and they were all fantastic. Do not skip dessert, we had a deconstructed strawberry rhubarb pie that was to die for. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us with wine pairings for our entrees. There are other restaurants I want to try, but I keep finding myself back here for good...

Aster continues to shine. Outstanding food with a great selection. The drinks were above and beyond expectations. Service is spectacular once again. Great team taking care of us. Truly impressive. Go sit on the patio and enjoy the service and food.

Brunch at Aster is probably the best brunch you can get in Midland. We're always happy with the price and amount of food you get. The yolks on the eggs were a beautiful deep orange and my steak almost made me cry it was so perfect. Beautiful crust on the outside and perfectly medium rare inside. Trying to convince my husband to take me there every Sunday, I can't stop thinking about my experience!
