My favorite coffee shop in Midland! Service is amazing, atmosphere is great! Coffee is wonderful and the food selection is great also. Love the specials they offer and the rewards program. My only complaint is I wish they were open later into the evenings as someone who works nights often.
Boomerang is one of the best coffee shops in Midland, if not THE best. The lattes and matcha are great and they have a good amount of gluten free options for food. For dairy free you can just take off the cheese in any sandwich and for gf you can sub gf bread on any sandwich. They're all very good. The staff is very kind and quick as well.
I go to a lot of coffee shops in the tri cities because I own a couple cleaning companies here! I always get a hot chia latte with a pump of vanilla syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Boomerang by far has the best one yet! Don't get me started on their breakfast selections! I love the bounce back muffin, its loaded and so moist! Today I had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant WOW so good! I'm so happy to hear you are opening a 3rd location! Congratulations!
