While my cappuccino was great, the latte fell short of expectations. The service provided was subpar, at best mediocre. Excellent customer service is a universal expectation. Businesses that consistently offer exceptional service are more likely to receive positive reviews and retain their customer base. It is still a mystery to me why it is so hard to put warm smile in your face, and offer a positive overall experience. This should be in the job description of coffee shop workers:...
About the only thing I ever order is the cold brew with heavy whipping cream, and they prepare it exactly as I like. They are also the only coffee shop in town that has keto friendly food on the menu.
We have this coffee delivered to our home in Virginia. This is THE BEST coffee. Unlike every Starbucks ground coffee bag I buy, this never gets a bitter or stale taste. It is sooooooo fresh and yummy, we take it with us when we travel to other places with a coffee maker. The service team is amazing as well.
