One of the most popular street foods in cairo. Macaroni, rice, lentil beans, chickpeas, fried onions topped with a tomato sauce and accompanied by a side of garlic sauce.

Made with peanuts, coconut shaves, cinnamon, and a homemade sauce.

Roasted eggplant with tahini and pickles ground up with spices.

An amazing restaurant, really it is the taste of Cairo .. it have the same atmosphere starting from the music they play to the menu that have a lot of various choices, the smell of the food and their special flavored coffee, the service is more than perfect with welcoming smile .. i do recommend for any one who have no time or budget to travel to Cairo, Cairo is near than u imagine 😊 .. thnxx Egyptian Koshery owners for this great experience 🙏

I LOVE this place. I’ve been going here since before they moved to the mall and I just adore their food. The owners are some of my favorite people and have always shown me nothing but kindness. Their spinach pie is one of my FAVESSS off the menu, I live out of town now, but whenever I’m in midland I always make sure I stop by and get some yummy food.
