One of the most popular street foods in cairo. Macaroni, rice, lentil beans, chickpeas, fried onions topped with a tomato sauce and accompanied by a side of garlic sauce.

Made with peanuts, coconut shaves, cinnamon, and a homemade sauce.

I have been getting Koshery from here since they started out in Midland at the farmers market. Such a warm and comforting meal and I love the variety in texture. They also serve the best lentil soup I’ve ever had, it is incredibly flavorful. Vegan and vegetarian friendly, and I see they have gluten free options for Koshery as well (though they do serve meat if that’s your vibe). As an immigrant Arab myself, I got challenged by all the uncalled for bashing, fighting and accusation heading towards these people while have been following them for years and never felt they are bad🙂

We decided to drive from Flint and make our own judgment and don’t depend on other few odd “1- star- Anti- Arabism” or “Anti- Success”- reviews! 😊

An amazing restaurant, really it is the taste of Cairo .. it have the same atmosphere starting from the music they play to the menu that have a lot of various choices, the smell of the food and their special flavored coffee, the service is more than perfect with welcoming smile .. i do recommend for any one who have no time or budget to travel to Cairo, Cairo is near than u imagine 😊 .. thnxx Egyptian Koshery owners for this great experience 🙏
