They were out of the fresh spring rolls, but the pho was fabulous. You could taste the spices in the broth, the veggie/herb toppings were crisp and fresh, and the meat was great. Excellent food and well worth the trip into the mall!
One of my favorites. The beef pho, the banh mi Korea, and the fried spring rolls are soo good every time. And the pho makes great leftovers if you do takeout or DoorDash since they package the broth separately. I swear this beef broth could heal any ailment.
Being from NE area with an absurd amount of vietnamese food to choose from, I was nervous driving through hours of cornfield to this place. Driving into a mall parking lot in Michigan, my brother and I did laugh. Seemed random enough of an adventure for us. This place def earned it's place. We both had chicken pho and we're very satisfied. Good portion that left you feeling satisfied. Broth was decent; a bit cloudy and flavor was good. Overall, this was a pleasant surprise...
