The service and food were very good, I had the Pho and was very impressed with my meal. My wife ordered am off menu item and the owner went out of her way to make the meal for her with what she had available. My wife said it was delicious. We also had the Fresh Rolls which were also very good though I was wanting mint and/or cilantro in the roll as is traditional in Fresh Rolls. A great experience, we definitely recommend to everyone. Man, I can't get enough of Emily Mae's pho. The broth is so rich and flavorful, the beef is perfectly tender, and those fresh herbs just make it pop. I love it so much I keep coming back for more. Best pho I've ever had outside of Vietnam, hands down.
Owners are very friendly, gave my friend free food when her card wasn't working. Eventually she got her card working but he was willing to let her eat for free out of the kindness of his heart. I would eat the pho here everyday if I could.
