Good to Go food truck was at a benefits on Wednesday for Community wishes at the Midland Eagles and they were so friendly and I heard the food was amazing. Unfortunately I had to get my wrap to go and I was looking forward to eating it. I sat it on the counter and walked away. My dog ate my wrap and I didn't even get one bite. He seemed to enjoy it

We stopped by in front of Gourmet Cupcake shop in Midland. Had a standard, veggie and liberty sandwiches. Outstanding, definitely a go to food truck. Generous portions and great quality.Prepared well, great flavor and quality ingredients.

Finally tried this out and was pleasantly surprised. Cajun salmon wrap was spicy and flavorful. Portion size was decent even if heavy on the cucumber. Would like to explore more of the menu.

I was a Local Production Coordinator for a TV shoot in Midland recently. I needed to find a place to order Lunch for my crew. I love to support local businesses in the area I work in. Kara and the staff at Good to Go met all my Lunch needs, especially during Covid-19 (each order bagged and named, napkins in each bag, making sure ingredients were safe for those with allergies, etc.)The torches were hefty and very filling - each was a great value. The menu is very diverse and quite fresh. My crew was so happy and appreciative on my choice for lunch that day.Thank you so much, Good to Go!
