The pizza is good just like at any other Jets, just confused that the 2 slice lunch combo is more expensive in store, and the price is blacked out in store. Probably won't eat lunch here anymore due to it.
Be aware that this franchise has an unbelievably loud door chime. The door is constantly being opened and closed, this, ear, piercing chime is constantly going off.
I honestly think this is the main reason my order is often wrong. I don't think the person answering the phone can hear the order.
I wear earplugs when I pick up my order.
Check your order before you leave.
The food is wonderful! But like I said, the counter person may not enter it correctly into the computer.
I fully intend to keep ordering from this Jets franchise.
That door alarm is just horrible!

This place has gone severely down hill. It's not like the pizza is horrible, but considering the price, it's a bad value. We were always willing to pay more for Jets because the quality was better. This is basically no better than a hot and ready from Caesars, only it's 5 times the price. Moving to cottage in from now on, much better!

I bought my grandson a really Nice gift certificate to use at jets Pizza. I was very disappointed Jet’s Pizza would not let him use the gift card on their specials. The gift card is supposed to be as good as cash. So disappointed. Will never buy gift cards from there again. Vivian Stafford
