I called ahead to ask some questions before ordering as I am vegan. Outstanding service and product knowledge, there are a TON of vegan options, and they can even offer beyond what is already listed as vegan on the menu (eg, paneer can be swapped for potato to make it dairy-free). The person on the phone was very generous with their time with me and recommended specific dishes as per my request. So friendly!!!! My food was delicious and the portions sizes were great.
The food here is excellent, prepared personally by the owner who cares about her product and her customers. Midland's first Indian restaurant, this one has set the bar high for the others who have followed. The restaurant and kitchen are clean, the food is delicious- check it out!

Cinnamon Indian Cuisine is absolutely a delight, fabulous food & great menu. We shared Chicken Tikka Masala & Chicken Biriyani, along with an order of Kashmiri naan, delicious and the naan was stellar! Our service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend!!
