“Our first visit was tonight. We had the Sexy Bacon roll and the Papa Crema roll, as well as the firecracker shrimp appetizer. The dishes were works of art, with amazing combinations of flavors and textures. Our drinks were just iced water with lemon, but even the lemon was extra fragrant with big, generous slices. So delicious. And our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will be back for sure.“

“Coming from the east coast I’ve had many opportunities to experience wonderful restaurants and service but this place was exceptional. It is in the customer service and how the staff threads in kindness throughout their actions. It’s subtle and should be watched for. They go out of their way to tell us about how yummy those pies are that they get when laughing at the comedy shows at Three Bridges Distillery and Taproom. “This place is the best breakfast spot on town. It was busy and we only had to wait a few minutes to sit. If you aren't ready to order they will keep right on a moving. Those ladies make it look easy but it is by far not. Great food and good times!“

“Went on a Monday afternoon and it took awhile to be seated despite it being almost empty. The hostess seemed annoyed at us as well for coming.

Other than that, this place is beautiful. Our waitress made up for the hostess and was great. The environment and atmosphere is superb. Check it out!“

“I was happy to dine at Diamond Jim's this evening. Ordered the Blackened Salmon with lemon pepper asparagus and chicken dumpling soup as my sides. Marinel makes some damn good chicken dumpling soup. I ended up ordering 3 servings of soup aside from the meal. Everything was spot on. The Buffalo Cauliflower was awesome. My wife got a burger and really enjoyed it, and I went with the boneless wings since they were on special. I got the garlic and Asian sauces on the side, and I’ll just say it… they put B-Dubs wings to shame. 😂

We finished it off with the Monster Cookie, which was definitely the right decision.

It was also my wife’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even brought out a candle for her. Little things like that go a long way.

“Will not go again. This is a steak house and after making three attempts to make a filet mignon steak correct, still all three were mushy, gray, not seared and unable to cut. Ordered medium rare and never came back that way. Lobster tails sent out under cooked had to be sent back. Not charged for meal but made a special dinner not enjoyable. Our server was excellent.“

Every employee was in good spirits and they were working like an efficient bee hive getting everyone's orders ready.
