Coming from the east coast I’ve had many opportunities to experience wonderful restaurants and service but this place was exceptional. It is in the customer service and how the staff threads in kindness throughout their actions. It’s subtle and should be watched for. It’s the little things that expand good service to great service and this is a very impressive group. Beyond that the food and wine were better than expected.
Our first time at Gratzi. We went on a recommendation. Atmosphere was great for date night or special occasion. We both had a cocktail off the summer cocktail list. Red grapefruit margarita for me and hubby had the blood orange sgo? Both were very good. We had the Carne pizza for an appetizer. I was slightly disappointed with the crust as it wasn't completely cut through and it was tough. I'd skip the pizza next time. The flavors of the food was exceptional, cooked perfectly and came out at the proper temp. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive.
