Lucky's Steakhouse offers a disappointing experience with barely warm food and overcooked lamb chops. The lobster linguine lacked flavor, and the special steak sauce was overly salty. The service left much to be desired, with a disingenuous server who seemed indifferent. The restaurant's waitlist system was frustrating, causing delays even with a text notification. Despite serving an okay meal, the lack of fresh ingredients in the Monterey Chicken dish was a letdown compared to other locations. Lucky's could benefit from improving food quality, service, and consistency across all its branches.
