I recently stopped by this location on my way home from a prior engagement. The service was more than excellent. The atmosphere was very nice. However, hours later, I’m still trying to figure out what kind of ribeye I was served. It was prepared great!!!! But definitely not a ribeye. At least not like one I’ve ever experienced before. Cut with the grain. Maybe a once off. Not sure. Again, the service was awesome.
First time trying a luckys steakhouse and we will be returning! We stopped in with our 3 children and had an amazing family dinner. The food was all perfectly cooked and our waitress Amanda H provided 10/10 service. Thank you Amanda and thank you cooks!
As always, it was fantastic! I had Parmesan Crusted Grouper and my wife had Prime Rib with sides of brussel sprouts, wedge salad and red-skinned mashed potatoes. We, however, have not had the same experience at the West Branch location. We will be waiting to hear from others about a positive experience in West Branch before we return there.
