Have moved back to Michigan and knew of Lasko's, but had not eaten here. Have been in today and several days prior. Food is hot and quickly served. The staff is very friendly and greeted every time I walk in. I sit at the counter and can watch how it all goes down. A well oiled machine as they say. Small interior, but very clean. We usually eat in Lasko's in Bay City, MI, but even though it is a different owner, wait-line after we entered, staff was friendly, thoughtful. This business is known for large portions and ability to watch chefs cook. We had omelettes (3 eggs) and toast..excellent, enough to take home for another meal!
We were in town for a golf tournament and staying locally. Thanks to Google for finding this gem. We loved it so much that we ate breakfast there 3 separate days and 1 day for lunch. The service is friendly and very responsive with lots of coffee refills. One of the best breakfast places I have ever ate at. The omelette was huge with fresh ingredients.
