Would recommend a million times over. Kayla and staff really care about each prep no matter the size! She continues to have a consumer/customer driven base while still providing delicious food. I've been a returning customer for the last 4 years!!
When we have events at the store, we've chosen Meal Prep Proz for the catering & it's been great! Makes everything much easier & the food is delicious! Recently, we had their seasonal fruit platter & a cheese platter that came with a unexpected blueberry sauce that got SO many compliments! I also pop in for a healthy & yummy lunch from their ready-to-go selections. I highly recommend!
Anything I’ve tried has been awesome, Kayla and her team do a great job. The owner has a background in fitness/personal training too, so if you have specific goals in mind you can choose meals that line up well with building muscle, weight loss etc. I’ve found that prices are actually less than you’d spend for an average fast food meal, and way more nutritionally balanced and delicious.
