The food is tasty, healthy and good! Very easy to order, portions are great and serve our health needs well. I appreciate I can put in preferences and restrictions. As a household that has mixed dietary needs, I like that many of the options can be modified to be vegetarian or even vegan as well as having balanced or lighter portions, depending on your family. We have vegetarians as well as low-carb + high protein needs in our household so this has been very helpful! Packaging...

I have been wanting to sign up for Prepz for a while, but wasn't sure about the value, freshness, or that I would eat it once I bought it 😂. I had stopped in and picked up the a la carte meals and juices before, so I wasn't worried about the quality or taste.
I recently signed up and have tested a couple meals. I have loved them and there were no issues with the food remaining fresh until I got to it....

If you haven’t been here yet YOU NEED TO!!! Meal Prep Proz has everything you need and more. I’m personally the worst at prepping meals for myself and knowing what to eat next. With Meal Prep Proz, they do all the thinking for you!! I love Kayla and her team soooo much I just can’t wait to come back.
