If you haven’t been here yet YOU NEED TO!!! Meal Prep Proz has everything you need and more. I’m personally the worst at prepping meals for myself and knowing what to eat next. With Meal Prep Proz, they do all the thinking for you!! I love Kayla and her team soooo much I just can’t wait to come back.
Meal Prep Proz has been absolutely amazing in helping me eat healthier during my weight loss journey. Their pre portioned, prepackaged, precooked meals are so convenient! I like that you can order ahead and pick up at the end of the week or you can just go in and pick from the grab and go cooler. The staff is so friendly and helpful too! I would highly recommend trying them out. Way healthier and cheaper than eating out.

I have been wanting to sign up for Prepz for a while, but wasn't sure about the value, freshness, or that I would eat it once I bought it 😂. I had stopped in and picked up the a la carte meals and juices before, so I wasn't worried about the quality or taste.
I recently signed up and have tested a couple meals. I have loved them and there were no issues with the food remaining fresh until I got to it....
