Nice bar/restaurant we happened to stop in for lunch. Service was great..Jessica, you are fantastic! Food had large portions with great tasting items. Beer and cocktails were available, and you can choose to dine inside or outside. If you are traveling through Midland, this is a nice place to stop. I will be back next time I travel that way.

Went for burgers, but cancelled and left after observing bartender PUBLICLY ragging his only floor waitress. When she defended herself a bit, he called her to the back. She came out in tears. I now get why Oscars has a rapid turnover of servers. Having been a business owner, is fire that bartender in a heartbeat. He's bad business.Saturday, 15 August 2020. 315 pm.

They've never once answered the phone when I try to call them. Last time I called them a few times back to back, and out of frustration decided to just go order my food in person. The gal behind the bar said I should call again while I was standing there to be sure... and sure enough, rang loud and clear enough that the kitchen staff should've heard it too...Just today I've called them at least a dozen times, and not a single person answered. I work a block or two away from Oscar's, and can see people coming in and out for lunch pretty much every weekday. If they're busy, the least they could do is put me on hold, at least then I'd feel marginally cared for. I'm trying to give them my business, they just don't seem to want it.

Always great food and drinks. Try their Tacos or Chicken Caesar Salad. Long Island Iced Teas taste great. Friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.
I absolutely love Oscars!!! Carlita is an amazing bartender she really knows her stuff. Most of the staff is friendly and happy to assist you with what you need! One server made a rude comment in regards to a discussion I was having at my table regarding racism. Other then that, I have and always will love Oscars! Great food, great service!!!

Have tried going here several times in the few years I've lived in Midland. Every time I've gone in, sat down, and sat there for 5-10 minutes without being served. Bartenders and waitresses walking around looking at me/us, but just continue doing whatever. All 3 times I've walked out without ever having someone say hi or take an order. So I can't even review food and drinks as I've never actually gotten any. Service is just straight up poor. Maybe I just wasn't lucky 3 different times, but I don't plan on ever going back.

Great downtown place to gather and enjoy some time with friends or family. I went in on a Sunday afternoon for the first time. Enjoyed some wings and watched a game. Nice mix of clientele too. Families enjoying a casual meal while kids played pool, retired couples to a group of guys watching the games. Jessica did a great job serving too!
