It seems a lot of places have forgotten the importance of customer service, but not Midland's Panda Express. Sandy, the manager, is top notch, and it shows by the great job everyone does there.
Manager LeeLee was making sure guests had hot, fresh food. Actively talking with her customers and team members. Brandon was on register and very polite. Seemed like he was training and he did a great job to handling a guest issue quickly with a smile.
If you like Chinese food with the feel of fast food atmosphere than 🐼 oops panda is how it makes you feel when you're there. The staff was not friendly more on the demanding side almost telling you what you want verses having the customer making the choices. The staff kept circling my table to see what I was doing and always watching 👀 your every move. I'm confident in my skin so did no intimidation here but was not necessary for that to be done.
