I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. Who also seemed happy to be there. Thanks again! Also the food as always was awesome!

We were visiting family, and we haven't had Rally's in forever, so we were looking forward. We are not big on salt, but this is what made the burger nasty for us, too much salt.

When I go get burgers, I'm usually going to Culvers because it's closer to my home. When I got there, the line was long. I didn't want to wait, and I wanted a real big juicy burger, not McDonald's or Burger King. Rally's/Checkers was the answer. Big juicy burgers, tasty fries, and a nice cold drink hit the spot. Worth the drive. Good fast service at the Midland, MI location.
