I brought my niece here Thursday, August 28th to celebrate her. Rhodes called to let me know I would be able to sit in the location requested. Our Server Alyssa was wonderful, and her and Maya were attentive to the dietary restrictions of lactose for my niece. My 60th birthday celebration at ONe eighteen was a mix of highs and lows. While the food was exceptional and the culinary team deserves praise, the service and overall ambiance fell short of what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant. For a special occasion, the experience was disappointing, as the staff lacked the attentiveness and polish needed to match the quality of the cuisine. Overall the experience was very good, but not outstanding and that is the reason for four stars instead of five. The best aspects were the outside seating and food. We enjoyed the oysters and both ordered the filet. The filets were cooked perfectly. Although it wasn't that crowded, service was a little slower than I would have expected. Also, I thought the prices were a bit higher than they should be for the fare. Again, all in all a very good experience.
