This place nails it every time. Super friendly staff, quick service, and custom orders are correct almost every single time. On the rare occasion there's a problem, they make it right without any hassle. The new AI order-taker is hilarious. It works way better than I expected but sometimes messes up big time. I've gone from five stars to four stars with this restaurant. I can't see why they won't substitute corn taco shells, instead of the flour tortilla without an additional cost for my spicy soft taco. They won't refund me for a flower tortilla but they will gladly charge me for a taco shell. Seems a little gangster to me. Your music's way too loud the lobby. I must say the food is the best tasting food at any Taco Bell I've ever been to.

AI has no place for customer service, its a hot garbage excuse for corporations to avoid paying a livable wage to workers or justify short staffing.
Ordered a chalupa and 2 chicken tacos and it only added 1 chicken taco and no chalupa to my order. Thankfully after raising my voice at the robot and trying to repeat the order an actual human person listened and removed the chatgpt robot.
