AI has no place for customer service, its a hot garbage excuse for corporations to avoid paying a livable wage to workers or justify short staffing.
Ordered a chalupa and 2 chicken tacos and it only added 1 chicken taco and no chalupa to my order. Thankfully after raising my voice at the robot and trying to repeat the order an actual human person listened and removed the chatgpt robot.

Service was fast. But their attitude could improve! Food is good but not great. And that's ok. It's fast food right. But what gets me is. They forget to put sauce inside the bag when u ask. And when you don't they put too many. Hey look it's just my opinion.

My order was given to the vehicle in front of me and the workers spent more time arguing about whose fault it was than remaking my order. 4 stars because the chicken rolled tacos were great, the fiesta potatoes were made to order, and the nacho fries were mediocre at best.
