I use to be stationed at the USAF base. Is Cookie still working (owner) of this fine establishment? From what I remember in 66' & 67' it had great food and friendly service.
Recommended by Keweenaw Castle Resort, delicious food, great small town feel, packed but service was excellent, seated within 5 minutes of walking in on New Year's Eve! Highly recommend if in Mohawk, MI!
Wonderful place! On a snowmobile adventure we encountered some sled issues, we towed to slims, had some of the best breakfast, and waited for truck and trailer to arrive. Many workers conversated with me while I was there about our trip, our sled issues, they offered me a ride if I needed. They were so kind and helpful. The cinnamon French toast was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this place. Glad we came across it, I will definitely be back!
