We stopped here with a group of 6 on a Friday night. Staff were all welcoming and friendly but our waitress Katie was one of the friendliest, kindest, funniest waitresses I’ve ever had. We all had a few drinks (try the pear cider by Stems- delicious!) then ordered two appetizers (try the pountine) and then we ordered four burgers (all cooked perfectly and were super delicious), a steak (seasoned well and cooked to a perfect medium rare) and a braised beef sandwich (drool worthy)....read full review
We live in the area and this was our first time dining at Glacia Tavern. We will definitely go back! The food was delicious and the service was great. I’m sorry I didn’t take any photos because it was also really well presented. We ordered pasta, burgers, bowls, a brisket sandwich, and two appetizers- a little bit of everything and everyone enjoyed their meals. The menu is extensive and you get a lot of food. Really cool place inside. Service is super friendly and quick. Reservations are for sure recommended and luckily someone suggested that to us ahead of time so we were prepared too. Really good menu options and they have specials on Fridays (not sure if it's a weekly think or only Friday) and we both got the Bang Bang shrimp bowl and our two other friends got a full slab of ribs with Carolina Gold sauce.
