The food here is amazing, great selection of ice cream as well. I went here for my birthday back in August with a group of friends. We had a group of 7 and even though we ordered a lot, they had it all out to us in what felt like a few minutes. Our order and food were both done perfectly. Especially when it was a mix of goonies, pizza, burgers, chicken and salads everything came out at virtually the same time. Highly recommend as a stop, they also have some cool gifts you can buy for your friends and family!
Kid-friendliness: They have like two dozen selections of ice cream, it's a kids delight!

We had a group of 20 invade the store tonight. Some got food everyone got ice cream. The service was very fast and everything was delicious! Not a single complaint from any of us. It was a perfect ending to a day of exploring in the UP.
Great place. Wife and I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich. Nice. Lots of souvenirs!

I ordered a chocolate shake and ended up getting a chocolate hotfudge sunday that was blended, the chocolate made me gag because it had to much molasses in it, and it was way over priced. Not planning on stopping there again anytime soon

Food isn't too bad but the service is horrible. It's a kid taking orders and she clearly doesn't want you be there. The service is also pretty slow. We called in an order and they said it would be about 15 minutes. Ended up being closer to a half hour.

Last winter, we supported this joint despite the challenging weather and slow business they were facing. We sympathized with their situation. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing. During four out of our last five visits, we encountered subpar service. A common thread in these instances was the presence of the business owner. Today was the final straw for me. I tried to kindly point out an error in the pricing displayed on the screen menu for an item they charged, but instead of acknowledging the mistake and rectifying it, the owner responded in a rude and unpleasant manner. She insisted that her "register" was showing the correct price, disregarding the fact that the price on the menu was significantly lower. I wasn't seeking a refund; I simply wanted to assist, but her reaction was completely uncalled for. Overall, she was rude. Food is good but you wouldn’t think it is with the lack of service.
