Absolutely disgusting how Dylan the manager acted today when I asked for a cup of whipped cream for my service dog he told me no I offered to pay for it. He told me no so I said cancel my order and they did so they would rather lose business then give me or let me pay for a cup of whipped cream for my service dog that had been traveling for four hours. Y’all need to do better. so glad I left discrimination against my service dog. Zero stars.
Never had an issue with any order or service. I have breakfast everyday there. Morning crew is simply awesome. Very friendly great service with a smile. Highly recommend. The biscuits are the bomb
I’ve had 3 incorrect orders in a row at this location. This is the slowest CFA restaurant I’ve ever been to, you would think since they’re not in a rush they could at least make your food right. They have the worst customer service and the worst order accuracy out of all the CFA restaurants that I’ve been too. Do your self a favor and drive to the west road location.
