I went inside to pick up doughnuts for others. The worker made a comment about being busy despite being friendly. There were flies near the food but there were multiple options available.

I kid you not, myself as well as 3 other people went from the drive through to a parking spot to have our orders remade, can someone PLEASE explain to these business owners and employees that rushing something as specific as coffee WILL result in having to do it twice. Ive never complained about the price or the wait, only the TASTE. and that’s what’s almost ALWAYS LACKING HERE, it’s an insane business model.

My fiancé and I have been going to this dunkin for a while now, and everytime they do such an amazing job. They make their drinks (also food) with such great quality and care so we know everytime we go, we're getting our money's worth and great drinks. Shoutout to the workers for working hard even during holidays.
