Terrible customer service ..And Im understanding and empathetic towards service industry workers because Ive worked in the industry 20 years... I dont know how the manager Dawn still works for them. Every time I encounter her its a terrible experience all other staff members are nice..but im giving up on going all together because of one person. Pretty sad that you don’t close until 8, but your doors were locked and yall closed at 7:45!! That’s pretty crappy!
The older female working this morning seems to be an angry, bitter an extremely rude person. I heard her tell an older man to get the f___k out of the window today, simply because he took an extra second to make sure his order was correct. I will steer clear of this location.
