Used to like coming here but suddenly the wait times gotten insane - 20 mins in the drive through, I’d understand if they were short staffed but there’s almost always 3-4 people behind the counter so it’s just a bummer it’s had to be removed from my morning route to work for coffee

I came 30 minutes before close. Having worked there before I know the 5 minute rule where they should have product 5 minutes before opening and 5 minutes after close. They told me the blender machine was down for the night. So in other words, they deny customers because they dont want to wash a blender and wipe the machine down. The one on Bluegrass is WAY better in every way ❤️

Best coffee in town! Best baristas, particularly the evening crew! They are always pleasant, speedy and MAN do I LOVE a good Carmel Mellow 😋. Highly recommend!

They have signs all over saying ice coffee 2.49. I ordered one with a kids cup of whipped cream. they said they would tell me my total at the window.... so I pull up they tell me 6.49, I mention the 2.49 coffee, they said oh you had to tell us at the speaker. false advertisement 🤮🤮

This is my favorite location. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. There are some coffee shops you walk in to and feel like you don't belong, this is not one of those. I'll continue to come back.

I went in to the lobby by the owner, staff said I couldn’t find order in the lobby. other customers proceeded to walk in and it was all good. I asked why, and was met with an extremely rude response by the employee.

Not too sure why its difficult to have manners. I ordered a bagel with no cream cheese and a coffee and the order was wrong. The ladies here were rude and both when ordering and receiving my food it seemed like they were annoyed that I ordered.

Workers didn’t seem friendly and when asked for what I paid for they seemed annoyed and had to go back in as forgot food, own fault they was talking about is. Won’t be returning to this location. Do better and at least pretend to love your job.
drinks are always good but the prices are quite high for such a rural area. i would also probably stop by more if they had their mobile ordering turned on regularly, but i’d say 75% of the time it isn’t available. staff is always friendly though!

Always friendly but I’m a regular getting coffee every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday without Fail. I have had tremendous trouble with getting my drink at a decent temperature anymore. I contacted the store and their answer was to order extra hot, which I have been doing for the last three months, but I still get lukewarm coffee.

Was just in line at 9:12pm and was waiting for someone to take my order and the light turned off employees all took off before store closed and we where still waiting in line and website said its was open

There was 9 of us in 3 different groups. The drive through was super busy, so service was a tad slow. Drinks were all delicious. Was difficult to sit and chat with how tables were. Overall good experience.
