I was a bit taken aback when I received my order after the vehicle ahead of me accidentally received half of it. I've never had this happen before here.after I just watched the gentleman at the window holler at the vehicle in front of me to hold on...vehicle in front of me does so. Turns out he gave them my drink, which he went out the employee entrance to retrieve while holding my other drink to. He went back inside and handed me the 2 drinks. At that point, I felt he should have let the drink go. Accidents happen that's why I didn't say anything though I was taken aback by this situation. How do you think something like that should be handled? Would you have drunk it? Covid? Smokey car?

I was in Mount Pleasant, MI and stopped at Biggby for coffee. I was so happy to see the vegan breakfast sandwich and it was awesome!! Great coffee and staff!!

Picked up 3 Teddy Bears… these are definitely my new drink of choice haha! Not too sweet, but enough that you are definitely satisfied. Coffee was hot and full of flavor. I definitely suggest you give them a try over your “traditional” choice ?

The staff are always so welcoming and kind. I drive out of my way from the other location here in Mt Pleasant to come to this one because they are much faster, nicer and it always tastes great!

The atmosphere here is pretty good with location and set up and everything. Went through the drive-thru to use a BOGO coupon was happy to have that because I have been struggling lately and really needed a pick-me-up for me and my husband so I treated us to it. And after I paid for it she immediately put the donation cup out which I don't mind giving donations if I have it. But kind of felt like I was supposed to when she did that. Anyways got our drinks. I ordered a caramel apple large frozen and then another frozen drink. Both of our drinks immediately after pulling away were pure liquid which to me is disgusting. If you ask for frozen it should be frozen and it felt like it was lacking some flavor as well. Thankfully I did not pay full price for the second one.( lesson learned) Will definitely make sure I taste it before I take off next time.

Went to Biggby and ordered the same thing I always get. On the menu it’s $6.03 for a 16 oz but somehow I was trying to be charged $9.82 for the same drink. When i asked the worker why it was so much she started naming things that are in the drink that she was trying to charge me separate for. Now they are charging $1.50 for whip cream as well that usually comes with the drink. The young blonde lady working was extremely rude and not solution oriented. I even called the other Biggby and confirmed the correct price. Only come here if you want to be ripped off
