I just wanted to share this amazing experience I had. I ordered via DoorDash to send to my mother (I live out of state) and needed a sweet something for Mother’s Day. I called the store because it wouldn’t allow me to add customizations for creamer. The lady I spoke to (Autumn) was so sweet and attentive! She called me back and asked me if I wanted to leave a note for my mother. This was 10/10 service. My mom said the coffee was perfect

Great when they actually SEE that there is an online order. 2 nights in a row that I’ve put an online order in and they didn’t have it ready. They were busy socializing with no other customers. Frustrating when you’re ordering to have it ready and still have to wait.

I met Jackie, Maddie, and Mariah. I loved the interactions we had and they even made my complicated order correct.
I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm back here and I am excited to meet the rest of the staff
