Love this place. They are always so friendly and nice. The location is beautiful with a homey atmosphere. Coffee, of course, is top notch. Nowhere else can you get a properly prepared authentic flat white or cortado, and served in a ceramic cup no less, by barista's that actually know what they're doing. Breakfast food options are also great and always handmade fresh. Love it.
Nice local business that has an upscale atmosphere. I will say, the espresso is usually always bitter in the iced lattes. This is most likely due to an inexperienced barista, or over-extraction of the shot. A bitter shot has been consistent in my experience here. Therefore, you guys should do a better job in improving your extraction of espresso to minimize bitterness.
Creation Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in town and easily my go-to spot for just about everything. Whether I’m meeting up with a friend for a relaxed coffee chat or spending a few hours working through a project, it always feels like the perfect place to settle in and stay awhile.
