The cookies and treats are amazing but the service is not good. It was my first time here and i was unsure how everything worked. The lady taking my order was not helpful. The lady that gave me my order was very nice and helpful.
Great bakery bites with an everchsnging variety. Had the classic chocolate chip (had to start with the basics!) ...buttery & delicious. Better than my own! Just a little pricey. $5 a cookie is a lot, great for a special treat though.
During crumbl’s B-day, it was sooooo busy. I mean like waiting 40+ minutes because of how many orders there were. Thankfully the team did such a great job working under such pressure. One of the workers, Weston, did a really great job with handling impatient customers and getting the cookies as fast as he could. The entire team was great and did their best. They were rushing so the cookies didn’t look the best, but they tasted yummy! Shoutout to all the team members who worked...
