I had the opportunity to work at Dunkin and the marathon side, and I must say that the establishment itself is remarkable. However, I must admit that the management there leaves much to be desired. The team lacks cohesion and there is constant conflict. Additionally, the working hours are not ideal. Listen...., I am very disappointed. I grew up in Redford down next to Detroit so we had a Dunkin Donuts on every corner at one point in time... There was powdered or sugar coated jelly donuts (raspberry and cherry) chocolate custard.... Powdered custard..... But the ones that always made my mouth water were their glazed donuts,!!!! I am a school staff member in a different county, and we have donut Fridays in which we take turns providing staff donuts. Everyone gets excited when it’s my day, because I bring Dunkin’ Donuts on my way through Mount pleasant to school/work. They are really good & the service is good too. I have to call ahead for 3 dozen and they are always accommodating and friendly. Great service and DONUTS!
