Absolutely the most unorganized place I have ever seen. I ordered online and it said 20 minutes, so I hurried up and got there because I'm 20 minutes away. The lady at the counter said they are running behind and it would be a few minutes. Almost 30 minutes later I received my pizza. While I was waiting I got to observe the people in the back and how the manager dealt with being busy, it was horrific at best.

I despise this place. The food tasted like dog food that’s been vomited in. They cut their pizza terribly. I had to cut it myself. The people got my order COMPLETELY wrong. I asked for just cheese pizza with dressing. They gave me pepperoni and sausage pizza with no dressing. They were also more than extremely rude. There was spoons and napkins everywhere on the floor. The bathroom was… questionable. Clogged toilet and thin toilet paper. The staff LITERALLY made fun of my shirt. Very busy, we waited 3 hours to order. I would give this -100,000 stars if I could.

Honestly they’re not the best, I’ve had issues with the amount of seasoning on the crust which I’ve never had at another hungry Howies, and also the howie bread is always quite hard and worthless. I really like hungry Howies, I wish this one didn’t have such hard and overcooked bread. The pizza is usually cooked properly though.
