The Job-chae (I think?) was surprisingly delicious, and I usually dislike any noodles that aren’t traditionally Italian. Lovely little side dishes added some unexpected and delicious flavors. Love the atmosphere, and Maya is awesome. Would definitely come here again and again.
Maya was absolutely fantastic! We surprised her one woman team with a group of ten and she immediately made us feel like we were at her kitchen at home. The food was unlike anything else in town and is ALL freshly made by Maya. Special shoutout to the bulgogi, all of the grilled items, and the dumplings!! If your around Mt.Pleasant you HAVE to eat at Jib-Bob!
This was an overall great experience. Yhe food was delicious, the atmosphere was very zen feeling , the chef the main owner is simply exquisite. Recommend for a nice new experience or restaurant you feel at home.
