At 2pm I put in a pick up order for a single pizza at 6pm. When I got there at 6, they told me I would have an additional 40 minute wait for my pizza. Why were they fulfilling the newest orders before one placed hours beforehand that they had ample time to prepare for?

This is the third time I have ordered from Little Caesars in the ten years I lived here ( I am so sorry! I was involved with a very disappointing relationship with Hungry Howies , and I used to work at another pizza place that I will not mention)
I have never had bad food, bad customer service etc. The only thing I struggle with is online ordering and that's me and my fat fingers fault.
Needed a little pick me up while in town doing my errands and decided to try the crazy puffs. Me and my fat fingers of course decided mobile ordering was too difficult so popped in the store. It took less then 5 minutes and I had hot puffs a cup of sauce and was out the door. Perfectly flawless.
The puffs. Perfection. There is nothing else to add.
I have always loved little Caesars pizza, I don't know how I ended up with sub par competitors. I am reconnecting with my true pizza love .

Pizza is slightly undercooked and bread is overcooked. Seems so simple yet it’s not, not very good. I’ve been to several LC and this one is just not good.

I’m not one to dog on a company and have never actually done this before but here we go. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a wing. My wings were as black as my soul. The bread sticks were no bigger than a damn twig bag was loaded with butter in the inside completely everywhere at least a cup And my pizza was crispy and over cooked. So in my opinion this establishment needs to do better at their job or train their staff better at what they’re doing. AND THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO WORKED AT A LITTLE CEASARS ELSEWHERE. I will say they did replace my wings however the second ones were no better. Do better people.
